General Information
The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the financial systems. The department includes eight full-time and two part-time employees. The primary functions include budget preparation, audit oversight, investment of cash, collection of revenues, purchasing, accounts payable, payroll and water billing. The front desk receptionists assist residents with real estate transfer tax transactions, water bills, sale of refuse stickers, recycling bins, senior taxi coupons and Pace bus tickets. The Finance Department offices are located in the Village Hall at Five Plaza Drive and are open from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
